We're looking for driven individuals to be part of the Dolan team. Our Call Center Representatives help ensure that customers have an excellent experience when contacting our dealerships for sales or service. 


  • Responsible for high-volume email and phone correspondence
  • Follow up with customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service



  • Previous experience in Business Development Center / Call Center and Customer Service preferred
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Team-focused and goal oriented
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license



  • Base Salary plus Performance Bonuses ($25k-$60K per year)
