Dolan Auto Group is proud to have been recognized as the Corporate Philanthropist of the Year by our great partners at The Discovery, a well-loved science museum located in downtown Reno.
Our history with The Discovery goes back 10 years and has since cumulated to over $100,000 of total contributions. Each year, we are the title sponsor of Camp Discovery which has helped educate 1,200 camp students in year-round themed science courses. Additionally, we were able to provide a helping hand in securing a van for the museum during a time of uncertain inventory, post-pandemic.
Over the past decade our partnership with The Discovery has morphed and grown. Most notably, before becoming camp sponsors we were large supporters of the Chemistry of the Cocktail fundraising event hosted by the museum each year.
It’s important for us to include our team in the work we do in our community. So with our partnership we are able to host Dolan Night at The Discovery! This is an exclusive event held at the museum in which Team Dolan is able to completely take over the museum. Our employees and their families have the opportunity to explore all of the exhibits with no crowds and no cost.
We are honored and grateful to give back to our community, our families and our kids through the great work in science education done by The Discovery!
