Let's Celebrate
March is Women's History month! Dolan Auto Group wouldn't miss an opportunity to celebrate the wonderful women in our organization.
On March 8th, we celebrated International Women's Day and shared a great video to highlight our staff. Watch our video here! These women are trailblazers, trendsetters and the best in the business! It's an honor to shine a light on the amazing team that's been built with the support of other female and male leaders before them.
In 1984, at the inception of what would become Dolan Auto Group today, there were 7 women on our team. In 2024 we're proud to say that we have over 140 amazing women in all departments across the group including sales, service, finance and more.
We are proud of the women at Dolan Auto Group and would ask you to join us in celebrating them this month!
Our Women of Achievement
Over the years, Dolan Auto Group has been able to celebrate the outstanding women on our team through the Nevada Women's Fund Salute to Women of Achievement event. Honoring Dawn Chavez, Dolan Auto Group Controller, in 2023.
As well as Sandi McKee, Tom Dolan's Executive Assistant, in 2022.

Dolan Women's Leadership Council
In addition, our leadership started and grew an internal Dolan Women's Leadership Council. The Council is dedicated to empowering women, fostering personal and professional growth, and building a vibrant and supportive community within Dolan Auto Group. Hosting female guest speakers, development workshops and creating another layer of community for the entire Auto Group - men and women alike!
