This was a special celebration paying homage to Tom Dolan and his philanthropy in Northern Nevada and specifically his support of the Reno Rodeo.
During the presentation, Dolan was gifted one of Reno Rodeo’s annual commemorative posters to honor and celebrate his legacy and all that it stands for. This memorable night highlighted the story of the Dolan family and their crucial role in Reno’s history. Best stated by Jessi LeMay, Reno Rodeo’s “100 Years-100 Stories” producer, “I believe that when you know your neighbor’s story, not only do you feel more connected to your community, but those stories become part of your own lore.”
Dolan Town and Dolan Lexus Lounge
Dolan Auto Group offered a one-of-a-kind Old West experience with the first-ever Dolan Town. Located right by the Well Street main entrance, Dolan Town welcomed guests into the festivities with attractions like Tommy’s Garage, Ryan’s Trading Post, Brady’s Bank and Sandi’s Saloon. Guests could find refreshments and limited-edition Dolan Auto bandanas as they wandered through to check out the wide variety of vehicles we had on display and play some cornhole with our product specialists. At the opposite entrance, we created an extravagant Lexus Lounge featuring our new, beautiful 2024 Lexus GX. This lounge was fully furnished, providing families time to hydrate, regroup between events, and learn about the newest models hitting our showroom floors.
We had the opportunity to showcase our inventory, luxury or work. Whether it be the high-class Lexus GX or our powerhouse RAM 2500, in true Nevada fashion, Dolan was there to show how the finest vehicles on the market can get down and dirty.
Reno Rodeo and the Reno Rodeo Foundation
True to Dolan Auto Group’s values, Reno Rodeo celebrates family, youth, and community. This crowd-gathering rodeo touches lives and reaches communities across the state, establishing itself as more than just a competition in Western sport.
Reno Rodeo established its charitable foundation in 1986 with the main mission of offering support to children in need within Northern Nevada and our community. The Reno Rodeo Foundation uses its funding, with the help of amazing partners such as Dolan Auto Group, to award annual scholarships, host clothing drives, grant "Rodeo Wishes" to children in local hospitals, and so much more. Dolan Auto Group is proud to partner with the foundation on fundraising events like Rhythm & Rawhide to further this mission.
