At Dolan Auto Group our teams love to do fun activities together. From potlucks to racing outhouses in Virginia City we are intentional about providing opportunities for bonding and FUN!
After a year of changes and adjustments, due to the pandemic, our team has been hungry for time together again! It has been fun to reintroduce team building activities that can be safely done as we work to spend time strengthening our teams after a crazy year.
One of our favorite ways to bring employees together, in recent years, is the Special Olympics of Northern Nevada’s Polar Plunge.
Our bravest employees dress up in the theme of choice and take on the icy Lake Tahoe water! They come together to raise funds and plunge in support of our fellow Olympians.
