Our beloved partners at the Reno Rodeo Foundation have worked tirelessly to find ways to adjust to the current times. Continuing to help children in need during a pandemic is no small feat. However, due to our generous community they have been able to continue on without interruption. This is incredible news!
With that being said, the foundation’s annual Rhythm and Rawhide Event -- that is always busting at the seams with talent, beautiful music and fun -- will continue on as a tribute to our community! Thanking Northern Nevada for the many years of support and partnership shown to the Reno Rodeo Foundation. This kindness has been poured out since 1986 and continues now and THAT is worth celebrating!
Rhythm and Rawhide REBRANDED for 2020 will take place on Saturday, September 12th! The event will be televised in partnership with KOLO News Now and live streaming as well.
Take our word for it, you do not want to miss the opportunity to take in all of the country goodness from the comfort of your own home. Nashville artists, Music City Makers Symphony, local poet Daniel Bybee and fiddler Catherine Matovich will all be bringing us the treat of country music during this wonderful event! There may be a guest appearance by a few of Reno’s finest as well!
So, whether you are wearing your best pair of boots or your fluffiest slippers it is sure to be a great time!
Consider joining us for a wonderful 60 minute program and celebration! Although this virtual event is free of charge, if you are interested in making a donation to the Reno Rodeo Foundation you can HERE!
