OUR CULTURE
In the midst of a year such as 2020 it became imperative to stop and evaluate what was important. It caused many of us to ask, what are our priorities? What do we need to get through this?
As a family Dolan Auto Group has had to answer these questions as well. When asked, our ownership answered each with a simple answer…our employees!
During the thick of the pandemic not one employee was laid off, not one employee went without health insurance as the Dolan Family stepped up and took care of that burden, and everyone was treated with care and respect as we navigated uncharted territory together.
This mindset has always been at the forefront, but it means a bit extra during times such as these. The commitment to be a family no matter what has been deepened this year and has brought on an unparalleled culture.
As a group, both ownership and our employee base, Team Dolan has linked arms to stand for unity and transparency all while taking great care of our customers and the community we call home.
We are grateful and proud of the culture that has been built and we look forward to continuing to live up to the title of the Best Place to Work!
