
Wine & Dine at Dolan Lexus
On Wednesday, November 9 edible Reno-Tahoe and Dolan Lexus are partnering to bring you a classy, fun and philanthropic event – Wine & Dine.
This inaugural pairing incorporates fare from eight different chefs including:
• Alex Long of FEAST
• Ali Arbabha of L.A. Bakery
• Colin Smith of Roundabout
• Christian Christensen of Süp
• Personal Chef Tim Meevasin
• Laura Conrow of Wedge Cheese Shop
• Aubrey O'Laskey of Butter + Salt
• Chef Richard LaCounte of Rapscallion Seafood House & Bar
Plus, additional beverages will be provided by Hub Coffee Roasters and Artisanal Mezcals.
All proceeds support Urban Roots, a local, non-profit garden education program for youths K-12. They empower students to learn first-hand where food comes from, and how to plant, harvest and prepare each item grown.
Wine & Dine guests will be given a Dolan Lexus/ edible Reno-Tahoe souvenir glass for tasting as well as a passport outlining each chef and wine pairing to enjoy. They will then be invited to meander the Dolan Lexus dealership to visit each chef for a delectable bite and wine paired by Sommelier, Vince Bough, provided by Whispering Vine Co. Once the passport has been completed, attendees can visit an Urban Roots representative to enter a raffle for a door prize.
