My husband and I fist talked to Josh, he said he was new and was not able to answer all of our questions so he referred us to Hadie. Josh and Hadie were both very nice and it was clear they wanted to help us. Hadie answered all of our questions and gave us a great deal that fit our budget!
Hadie did a great job! He was very helpful and did what he could to help me get the car I wanted at a pretty fair price. Once I saw the car it was better than what I had expected!!!! There was a little crinkle in the clear bra that was installed on the car but I was told by Hadie and another employee who's a manager there that they would make it right if the crinkle didn't come out in a few days. That made me feel pretty good that they cared enough to fix it to make sure I'm happy with my purchase. I will definitely keep coming back. My 2013 Corolla is my 2nd Corolla S and my 4th Toyota purchase. The reason why I came in to purchase this Corolla was because my 2006 Scion Tc was totaled in an accident a couple weeks ago. I loved that car. Hadie was really patient and showed me quite a lot of cars. From Scion to the Corolla S, and so many others. He went above and beyond to make the process of purchasing my car as stress less as possible especially after going through my accident a few days before. It wasn't a super long process either. I can remember staying from day to night trying to get a car in the past, this time it wasn't that long. It was I think the best car buying experience that I've had...EVER.
Warren was probably one of the best guys ive dealt with in the car buisness. Guy wasn't pushy at all extremly helpful and listened to what i wanted what I couldn't do and what i could I arrived at toyota about 11 oclock and didn't leave till after 7 only reason I didn't walk out in frustration was because of warren.
For years, I have dreaded-- literally dreaded-- buying a new car. But when it became painfully obvious that my17-year-old car wasn't going to make it much further, I went to a local car dealer (I won't name them here, but I had high hopes), and was absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated there. The salesmen were "skeevy" and totally unprofessional. They were condescending and acted like I was some stupid woman who didn't understand how cars work. As I was trying to nail down a price, one salesman kept patting my hand and telling me he would "take care of everything-- I'll give you the 'family deal'--you don't have to worry about a thing." It pretty much validated every fear I'd had for years about buying a new car.
In desperation-- the "CHECK ENGINE" light was starting to flash in my old car-- I asked friends to recommend a car dealer. Several of them told me about Reno Toyota, and I was familiar with the great support they provide to our schools in Washoe County, so I went there. I had been considering a different make of vehicle, and hadn't really thought about buying a Toyota. I checked out their vehicles in Consumer Reports and was really impressed with the reviews, mileage, reliability and affordability.
In May, 2013, I visited Reno Toyota for the first time. I cannot believe I waited so long to buy a car. I worked with salesman Hadie Itani from the first day, and Jeremy, the sales manager. They were totally professional and polite, respectful and patient with my questions and concerns. Hadie and I took the Camry out for a test drive and I was so impressed with everything.Hadie was extremely knowledgeable about the car and was able to tell me everything about it without ever once giving me a hard sell or "talking down to me" when I had a question.
After I first visited the dealership and expressed interest in a Camry, they kept in touch periodically to see if I had further questions, but I never felt that they were being pushy or trying to pressure me into making a decision.
Yesterday, I returned to Reno Toyota and bought the new Camry. I got it for a price that was more than fair, the process was painless, and without exception, members of the staff were outstanding. I can't say enough good things about Hadie, Jeremy, and the crew at Reno Toyota. My advice-- DON'T WAIT TO BUY A NEW CAR! And if you need one, go there first and save yourself from being treated like an idiot at the other places.
This car is going to last me a long, long time, and I am looking forward to working with the people at Reno Toyota in the future. How often can you say that about a car dealer?
Brady Dolan went ABOVE and BEYOND in sving me as a customer! He negotiated fairly on price. He followed through with promises to fix certain items on the used Toyota 4Runner I bought. He made himself very availabl to phone calls from me. He remains friendly, helpful, and caring. I would recommend Reno Toyota to anyone, and I have. He is a superb, upstanding man.
We are new to the Reno area and bought a car at another dealership that failed within the first three days. A desperate attempt at getting a reliable vehicle that we are familiar with became of utmost importance. We had always had great experiences with our Toyota vehicles and decided we had made a bad decision trying another brand, especially used. Although it was not in our plan, we ended up purchasing a new vehicle at a much better rate, with exceptional customer service all around. Reno Toyota provides the highest level of customer service we have experienced anywhere - it's not just because we really needed a car. I'm picky about these situations and expect good service and follow through. From lot to keys, Reno Toyota is top-notch. We can't say thank you enough for going the extra mile, providing professional service on a high quality product. We didn't know it was possible. Thank you to everyone who helped in the process, but especially Hadie, Chris and John who finalized the deal and stayed late with us to make it happen! We rate this experience 100 stars out of 5.
reno Toyota service department employees are professional and courteous, they greet you as you drive in mmediately and you speak to a service advisor right away, they called promptly to let me know what repairs were needed and finished when they said they would be done. they offer you a ride if you need it and also my car was washed when it was time to pick it up
